Living thru Transition is bonded and insured service that helps older adults with what we call “Rightsizing” for a move to a smaller residence, retirement community, assisted living or skilled nursing facility. We can also assist if you wish to “age in place” and remain a part of your community.

We respect our clients and their families and will gently guide them though the key decisions involved to eliminate costly errors that may occur during a major lifestyle change.

We assist with all aspects of the move---from space planning, organizing, downsizing, and possession allocation whether for sale, donation, or shipping to family members, packing, overseeing the movers, unpacking and setting up your new residence.

We can identify, co-ordinate and manage the business resources required for getting your existing home ready for sale, whether this be clean out, necessary repairs, staging of your home, and/or helping you find a listing agent. We have a network of qualified individuals/companies that we have worked with, all licensed, bonded and insured to help us help you.
